Acid reflux symptoms in women of my family are pretty severe, like I was saying before. I spent a few months doing research into various methods of treating and curing acid reflux and heartburn.
I found a couple of different books available online for a small fee. I checked them out and bought three of them. After reading them, I found one that was head and shoulders above the others.

I wrote up some good tips and would be happy to send them to you. Just sign up to my heartburn and reflux course by filling out the form at the top of the right hand column.
As far as the book goes, I thought I’d write up a quick review for you. In the interests of time I’ll keep it brief, just touching on some of the things I really liked about it.
- It worked. That’s the most important thing!
- Detailed list of nutritional foundations and foods that prevent acid reflux
- It provided an easy to follow holistic solution that cures heartburn and acid reflux
- The solution is permanent, and doesn’t have side effects like acid reflux medication.
- There was a recipe book included chock full of easy to prepare meals that keep acid reflux away.
- There was a 60 day no questions asked money back guarantee, though I didn’t need to use it. It was nice to know that if the plan didn’t work out for me, I could easily return it.
Sounds great, right? Click here to see more details on the book and the extra bonuses that come included when you buy it.
Anyhow, as I was saying, this treatment worked quite well for us. My daughter and I have been heartburn free for a couple months now, and no longer suffer from acid reflux at all.
I never thought I’d say it, but you CAN cure acid reflux symptoms in women holistically instead of filling your body with prescription medication!
If you suffer from reflux or heartburn, you should try this book. It could literally save your life.

I alluded earlier to the fact that my daughter had painful acid reflux symptoms. Women are more likely to have severe symptoms and she was certainly not immune or different.
My little angel had certainly complained from time to time about feeling uncomfortable or even feeling pain, but I hadn’t really taken it too seriously. I didn’t think she had particularly sever reflux. Boy was I wrong.
She was certainly showing symptoms of acid reflux, but it wasn’t until she showed up next to my bed at three in the morning, in so much pain tears were streaming down her face, that I really sat up and had to do something about it.
Like I said in my last post, acid reflux symptoms in women are severe, and while I had lived with mine for years, I wasn’t going to force my little girl to live with hers. Enough was enough. I needed to find some acid reflux help.
We went to the doctor and got the equivalent of an over the counter drug. Great. Not really what I had in mind. I wanted a reflux cure, not just a treatment. I decided to do my own research and eventually found some great preventative measures.
I’ll write a bit more in a few days. Thanks for listening!

It’s a known fact. Acid reflux symptoms in women can be worse than for men. They may not like to admit it, but everyone knows women can handle more than men!
My name is Laurel and I have suffered from acid reflux my entire life. I’ve tried medications and all sorts of quackery. Nothing has been a long term cure for me.
At some point along the way I simply gave up on finding a cure or even a middle term remedy for my heartburn and reflux. I was resigned to live with it for the rest of my life, painful as it was.
Well, fast forward many boxes of over the counter medication and a ton of antacids. After my daughter hit the age of three, she started getting acid reflux as well. While it was acceptable for me to put up with it, there was NO WAY I would let my daughter.
I managed to finally find relief. Despite how severe acid reflux symptoms in women can be, I rest quietly knowing my daughter doesn’t have to deal with it anymore.
